By accessing or using luttie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

luttie is a browser-based colour grading and LUT editing tool. You may use the Service for personal or commercial projects. You are responsible for ensuring that any images you upload are owned by you or that you have the rights to use them.

3. Intellectual Property

All built-in LUT presets provided by luttie are licensed for use within the platform only. Redistribution or resale of luttie LUT files outside of the platform is prohibited. LUTs you export from your own adjustments belong to you.

4. Image Data

Images you upload are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not have access to any images you use with the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, luttie and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
